Jaimie Johnston MBE

Jaimie is Head of Global Systems at Bryden Wood and is one of the UK’s leading thinkers on industrialised construction. He leads the adoption of a manufacturing-like approach to creating high performing assets on projects. Jaimie was the author of the strategy documents ‘Delivery Platforms for Government Assets: Creating a Marketplace for Manufactured Spaces’, 'Platforms: Bridging the gap between construction + manufacturing' and 'Data Driven Infrastructure: From digital tools to manufactured components.' These have been adopted as key articulations of the UK Gov’s aspiration to adopt a more manufacturing-led approach to construction. Jaimie is Design Lead for the CIH, which in 2018 was awarded £72 million to drive innovation and technological advances in UK construction. Jaimie was awarded an MBE for Services to Construction in the Queen's Birthday Honours List in 2021

Amy Marks (Queen of Prefab)

Amy Marks, SVP of Innovation at Compass Datacenters, drives transformative approaches to delivering hyperscale and cloud data centers tailored to customers’ needs. Kirsty Gogan FEI FRSA

Kirsty Gogan is Managing Partner of LucidCatalyst, an international consultancy specializing in strategies to accelerate large-scale, affordable decarbonization using zero-carbon technologies. LucidCatalyst has delivered influential studies, including the ETI Nuclear Cost Drivers Study and ARPA-E's analysis of flexible advanced nuclear plants.

Professor Iris D. Tommelein

Distinguished Professor of Engineering and Project Management at UC Berkeley, Iris D. Tommelein specializes in lean construction, focusing on project-based production management for the architecture-engineering-construction industry. She is a renowned expert in construction site logistics, supply-chain management, and industrialized construction, including takt planning.

Professor Tommelein directs the Project Production Systems Laboratory (P2SL), advancing tools and knowledge for project management and serving as a hub for the Northern California construction industry. A founder of the Lean Construction Institute (LCI), she received LCI’s prestigious Lean Pioneer Award in 2015 for her groundbreaking contributions.

Professor Yvonne Jewkes

Professor Yvonne Jewkes, a distinguished criminologist at the University of Bath, specialises in prison architecture, design, and technology. Will Lichtig PhD

Will Lichtig is a pioneer in Lean Project Delivery (LPD) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), leveraging his background as a construction lawyer to address the breakdowns in traditional project delivery. 

As special counsel to a major Northern California healthcare organization, Will shaped the first owner-sponsored LPD initiative in the U.S., creating the Integrated Agreement for Lean Project Delivery (IFOA), which became the basis for the ConsensusDoc 300. He also developed key processes, coached teams, and spearheaded lean education programs.

Will has since guided numerous teams nationwide in adopting LPD and IPD, advancing collaborative methods to improve project outcomes. Today, he is Chief Innovation Officer at The Boldt Company, continuing to champion innovation in project delivery.
