Will Lichtig is a pioneer in Lean Project Delivery (LPD) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), leveraging his background as a construction lawyer to address the breakdowns in traditional project delivery.
As special counsel to a major Northern California healthcare organization, Will shaped the first owner-sponsored LPD initiative in the U.S., creating the Integrated Agreement for Lean Project Delivery (IFOA), which became the basis for the ConsensusDoc 300. He also developed key processes, coached teams, and spearheaded lean education programs.
Will has since guided numerous teams nationwide in adopting LPD and IPD, advancing collaborative methods to improve project outcomes. Today, he is Chief Innovation Officer at The Boldt Company, continuing to champion innovation in project delivery.
