Amy Marks, SVP of Innovation at Compass Datacenters, drives transformative approaches to delivering hyperscale and cloud data centers tailored to customers’ needs. Known as the “Queen of Prefab,” Amy pioneered prefabrication consulting as CEO of XSite Modular and has defined frameworks adopted globally for industrialized construction.
Previously, as Autodesk's VP of Enterprise Transformation, Amy led strategy for business outcomes, industrialized construction, and sustainability, while engaging with the world's largest owners. She is a sought-after keynote speaker, chairperson, and champion for diversity and inclusion in construction.
A Harvard Business School alumna and former competitive rugby player, Amy is committed to advancing innovation and attracting diverse talent to the industry. She volunteers as Chair of Corporate Partnership for the US Women's Rugby Foundation.
